
- 1 Tablespoon of Nopalina

- 1 garlic clove

- 2 stalks celery

- 1 watercress

- 1 beet

- ½ red onion

- Parsley

- 1 carrot
*Preparation:
Blend all ingredients; add a glass of water and a honey tablespoon or two to sweeten. Take the juice for a month on an empty stomach in the morning.
