1.- Peaches’n’Cream Smoothie
This simple and yummy smoothie has all the flavors of summer in one glass. For some additional flair, try using almond milk instead of regular.

1 cup peach slices, frozen – 1 cup unsweetened yogurt – ¼ cup oatmeal – ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup milk – 1 tablespoon Nopalina
2.- Kale-Pineapple Smoothie
This smoothie is slightly sweet thanks to the banana, very refreshing thanks to the pineapple and the kale adds that extra kick that will keep you going for hours. Add Nopalina and it becomes a power drink!
½ cup coconut milk – 2 cups kale or spinach, stemmed and chopped – 1 tablespoon Nopalina – 1½ cups pineapple, chopped – 1 ripe banana, chopped
*If too thick after processing, add water till you get the desired consistency.
