JUICE FOR ANEMIA

*Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in the extractor or blender, add a glass of water. If you prefer you can sweeten with a spoonful of honey and a Nopalina tablespoon. When large quantities are consumed skin sometimes turns yellow.

*Preparation:

 Mix in blender 2 peeled cucumbers, lettuce’s center, Nopalina tablespoon and 1 cup water: then whip the mixture obtained in a shaker with crushed ice, salt and pepper. Its sedative properties have great result in nervous and anxious. Take it at night.

OBESITY ICE TEA

*Preparation:

Cut the grapefruit in half and boil (with skin) in 2 liters of water until the water is reduced to 1 ½ liter and remove from heat. Add all four tea bags and wait for it to cool. Remove the two halves of grapefruit and squeeze into the preparation. Enjoy it at all times and leave it in the fridge for a cold drink.

*Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a cookie jar. Mix margarine and sugar until you get a creamy consistency and add the eggs one by one, the vanilla and beat well. Mix oats, flour and ground walnuts, mix well and beat the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy them.

Thanks to this juice’s healing properties it reduces levels of fatty compounds that accumulate in blood. Squeeze one grapefruit, put in the extractor 1 celery stalk. Mix the juices together in blender with 5 parsley leaves and a piece of aloe. Drink on an empty stomach the undrained cup.
